No Returns & No Refunds Policy

 

Because our products are made to order and handcrafted, all sales are final.

 

Each lamp is individually 3D-printed, finished, and assembled by hand. As a result, every piece is unique. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

 

• Clear photos or video showing the issue
• Your order number

 

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.

 

 

Important Notes

 

• Minor variations in texture, layer lines, or finish are normal characteristics of 3D-printed and handmade items and are not considered defects.
• Color appearance may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
• These lamps are decorative art pieces and are intended for display and lighting purposes only.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Laser devices are restricted in some states, cities, and countries.

 

By ordering from me, you confirm:

• Laser devices are legal where you live

• You accept full responsibility for your local laws

• You understand this is sold as a decorative lamp only

 

If a package is seized, returned, or confiscated due to local regulations, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

 

Misuse of laser devices can be illegal. Do not mount to a firearm.
